During the summer of 2024, a four-week cultural immersion program welcomed 62 international students from universities in Russia, South Korea, Kazakhstan, and other countries. The program combined daily Mandarin language classes in the morning with a variety of afternoon cultural activities, including Chinese calligraphy, traditional painting, Tai Chi, and Chinese tea art. The calligraphy sessions introduced students to the foundational strokes and artistic expression of this classic art form, allowing them to practice with brushes and ink while gaining insight into its cultural depth and aesthetic values.
